The Google Play Store has always been the fulcrum of Android experience, not only the place from which to download and update applications, but also a central tool to manage the various devices related to your Google account; Over the years, in fact, the company has introduced several functions to make the installation and synchronization of apps on smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, TV and even connected cars more immediate. However, one of the weaknesses left so far has always been the process of Remote uninstallingwhich is not very intuitive and rather cumbersome.

Apparently, however, Google is ready to solve this criticality by introducing a New button Uninstall Directly inside the apps of the apps on the Play Store, a small novelty, but destined to make the difference for those who have more Android devices.

The Google Play Store will receive a new instrument for the remote uninstallation of the apps

Currently, removing an app from a device other than that in use is not an immediate operation, in fact you have to open the Play Store, access the section Manage apps and devices -> Managemanually filter the desired device, recover the complete list of the installed apps and finally select those to be deleted, confirming the operation with the basket icon.

A flow that, especially for those with several devices connected to the same Google account (we think of those who use a main smartphone, a secondary, a tablet and a smartwatch), can be dispersive and not very practical.

With version 47.7.19-31 of the Play Store, a New button Uninstall directly on the detailed page of each appin this way it will be possible, with a simple tap, to remove an app from a remote device without having to go from the long current path.

The novelty will not replace the current management section, which remains more comfortable when you want to uninstall multiple block applications, but will represent a significantly useful shortcut for targeted operations on a single app.

At the moment the button is not yet active for users, it is in fact a function in the test phase and it is not clear if Google will decide to make it available to all in a short time or if a circumscribed experimentation will remain, but it is clear that the company is working to make the management of the apps in its store increasingly complete and intuitive.

This change might seem marginal, but represents a further step forward towards a more coherent and easy to manage ecosystem, especially for those who use more devices simultaneously; After simplifying the remote installation, it was almost natural that Google intervened on the uninstallation front, filling a gap that users have been reporting for some time.
