Despite focusing most of its efforts on improving native applications for Windows and Mac, WhatsApp also updates its web client from time to time.

This week, WABetaInfo discovered that the latest beta version brought a new emoji panel and even a revamped share menu.

In both cases, the interface has been readjusted so that the menus are smaller and do not interfere too much with the user’s visual experience. Check it out below:

In the new sharing menu it is possible to see that there is a complete redesign of the options, since each icon now has its own label and they are displayed vertically to take up less display space.

The emoji panel now no longer occupies the entire bottom section of the screen, which frees up space for the user to see the message being typed.

For now, the improvement is only being rolled out to beta users, but chances are the feature will roll out widely within the next few days.
