Complaints about the battery life of realme cell phones keep coming. According to users, they are not performing as much as they should and suddenly stop working. The most serious thing is that this is frequent among several models, from the oldest to the most recent.
According to the reports published on social networks, this problem is recent and there was no change in charging habit or mobile update. It’s a widespread failure that has caught consumers by surprise.
A user reported a sudden battery drain for a few days, but then everything went back to normal, as if nothing had happened, as shown in the screenshot above. Another user with a 2 year old realme 8 Pro also noticed that the battery drains at high speed for a few days and then normalizes.
The owner of a realme 6 that he has been using for a year and a half has seen his battery life drop by half in recent weeks. He believes that the problem is due to a software problem, as if it were from the battery itself, they would notice it gradually and not suddenly. Another user with a realme Neo 3 from almost a year ago noticed how the battery drains very quickly in the last 2-3 months. It lasts very little even when you hardly use it.
So far, there is no clear indication if these are popular cases or if there has been a change in realme phones that is affecting the batteries. It is unclear whether the cause of the issue is a software issue, network consumption, or some other unknown factor.. The company has not commented on the matter and users are frustrated and not knowing what to do.
The company has yet to comment on the matter, and it’s unclear whether they are aware of the issue or are working on a solution.
