Many consider the average rigorous, but the social network justifies saying that it is a form of defense against electoral disinformation in the environment in question. The official profile of TikTok on Twitter also spread the message.

“We will continue to educate creators about the responsibilities they have to comply with our Community Guidelines and Advertising Policies, and we will remove content that violates our rules,” said a post from the official account.

During this election period, it is common for candidates part of the campaign’s resources to spread jingles, promote videos with achievements or proposals, in addition to producing content defaming or even lying about the rivals.
