The Vivo X90 Pro, with a 1-inch camera sensor, will have a global launch

The mobile brand Vivo starts engines for the international deployment of its flagship mobile model X90 Pro, which among other aspects stands out for its photographic facet with the integration of the 50 MP Sony IMX989 sensor and one inch in size, the same model is sensor also present in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra and Xiaomi 13 Pro.

The company has not specified a roadmap of dates for the international rollout, of which it only indicates that it will be gradual, starting with Malaysia and later spreading to other select markets, although the arrival in the United States is completely ruled out.

In this regard, it is scheduled to be deployed in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece and Serbia, as well as in India and several countries in Southeast Asia.

If Xiaomi doesn’t get ahead of it sooner, the Vivo X90 Pro could be the first mobile with the aforementioned one-inch sensor to reach international markets, which will be a plus point for those who hope to get their hands on the photographic capabilities of the 1-inch sensor. Sony, also adding to other hardware capabilities that enhance the photographic capabilities with said sensor.

And it is that the customized V2 chip for image processing, and of high energy efficiency, also helps to take more than acceptable photographs, even in high dynamic range, in low lighting conditions.

This model also has a 6.78-inch AMOLED Q9 FullHD+ screen and 120Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, accompanied by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, as well as fast charging support of up to 120W and 50W wireless charging for its 4,870mAh battery, IP68 rating and eSIM support.

Its price will be around the equivalent of just over 1,000 euros.

For its part, the standard X90 will have a more limited international launch, but it will not reach the United States either, while the Vivo X90 Plus, also presented last November, is not yet known if it will have its international launch.

We will have to wait for the mobile company to offer more information in this regard as the dates on which it plans to take its flagship model to the different markets are approaching.
