Samsung released the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro last year, but we didn’t have a Classic model. Now, it looks like Samsung is preparing a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, and the first leaked renders have surfaced. Leak source OnLeaks has shared some alleged renders of the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. The images show a watch with a rotating bezel, in line with the previous Classic device. The renders also show what appear to be the home and back buttons on the right, as well as a magnetic strap. For the rest, that is all we can deduce from the images. So if you liked the design of the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, but wanted a more up-to-date experience, this might be for you. #gallery-1 { margin: auto; } #gallery-1 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 50%; } #gallery-1 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-1 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */
Apparently, the rotating bezel is back, as the Galaxy Watch 5 series lacked this feature entirely. We expect Samsung to introduce the Galaxy Watch 6 series (including the Classic model) at the company’s upcoming Unpacked event. Apparently, it will be held at the end of July, according to information from Korea. We already know that it will carry the One UI 5 Watch skin on top of Wear OS, and rumors point to a battery boost as well.
