The POCO company has just announced its last two phones in Spain. Destined both models to be a reference in the mid-range, both arrive with improvements in some key areas, especially with regard to the screen and the camera. We show you what they offer LITTLE F5 and the LITTLE F5 Pro.
The most powerful model, this is the POCO F5 Pro
It can be said that it is the protagonist and, among other things, it offers a premium finish where glass and metal are not lacking. the screen is 6.67 inch with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, which is by far the best that POCO has used to date in any of its phones aimed at the aforementioned product range. Supports a maximum refresh rate of 120hz with a touch sampling rate of 480 Hz and does not lack Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The rear camera has a 64MP main sensor with an F:1.8 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide angle with a 120-degree field of view. A curiosity: instead of adding an additional telephoto camera, POCO has opted for a 2MP one for use in macro photos.
Unlike many other models from this manufacturer, the POCO F5 Pro includes optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic stabilization (EIS). The main camera can also record in 8K, something that hasn’t been seen much in mid-range Android to date. The 16MP selfie camera on the front, which has an aperture of F:2.45 and can record 1080p video.

The integrated processor is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, which ensures a high working power. Two RAM/storage options are available: 8/256GB, 12/256GB. As for the software, it comes with Android 13 and MIUI 14.

POCO F5, the cheapest option
With a plastic finished design, the screen also has 6.67 inches with a 120Hz refresh rate, but is limited to a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. As far as the main hardware is concerned, the choice is a Qualcomm processor, albeit less powerful: the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2. You have a storage option, which is 256GB, and the choice between 8 and 12 gigs of RAM.
The triple camera set on the back of the POCO F5 has a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle and a 2MP macro camera. Despite being a cheaper model, it surprisingly maintains optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS). However, the camera quality is probably not as good as the Pro model. The front camera is also 16-megapixel.
Fortunately, just like with the more expensive model, you get a great battery. This is from 5,000mAh and 67W wired charging. The prices of this new Xiaomi terminal are as follows:
