Now, after the latest Tesla 2021.36.8 software update, the “Sentry Mode Live Camera Access” function is added which, as its name suggests, allows you to view the cameras in real time using your mobile phone.
At the moment this function is available only for the iOS version of the app, but we can assume that sooner rather than later it will land on Android devices. As indicated in the update “now you can remotely view the surroundings of your car when it is parked to confirm the safety of your surroundings before returning to your car”.
