Three online workshops deepen the topic and help to consolidate what has been learned for practice: The three workshops take place all day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Every team is different, but basically the same principles work – regardless of the surrounding organization. That is the core message of a book by Holger Koschek and Markus Trbojevic (“Every team is different”). In the workshop, the two present their model and a guideline on how those responsible practice in the control loop of continuous and sustainable team development. Everything learned can be applied in the context of your own team.
