Three online workshops deepen the topic and help to consolidate what has been learned for practice: The three workshops take place all day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Every team is different, but basically the same principles work – regardless of the surrounding organization. That is the core message of a book by Holger Koschek and Markus Trbojevic (“Every team is different”). In the workshop, the two present their model and a guideline on how those responsible practice in the control loop of continuous and sustainable team development. Everything learned can be applied in the context of your own team.

An agile working world is unthinkable without teams. Johanna Dietl and Jens Korte give an insight into the social team structure and, together with the participants of their workshop, look at the interpersonal interaction and the social events in the group. Her workshop sharpens the perception of team leaders for social processes and structures in order to be able to shape them more consciously.

Last but not least, a very fundamental issue: Psychological safety is the key to a healthy team environment where nobody feels like they have to “put on a mask” or “put on a show” for work. The concept is not new, but it has only recently arrived in the world of work and especially in IT. New ways to achieve goals as a team
Together with the agile professionals Holger Koschek and Rolf Dräther, the experts will organize an online conference day on October 26th with field reports and exchange, in which they will share tried and tested solutions with the guests. The range of topics covers essential areas of team building, including self-development as a team developer, field reports from coaching and a keynote on what really counts in life. After each lecture, the audience can discuss their own questions with the speakers, and at the end Koschek and Dräther moderate a panel discussion to bring together the insights of the day.
