Take a photo to have the AI show the constellations, or enhance any video or image with a few simple taps on the screen.

In the tests that were carried out on One UI 6 with Android 14 in EL ESPAÑOL – El Androide Libre, this app called Galaxy Enhance-X had not yet been updated, and in fact, Samsung showed all its capabilities to leave the user with honey on their lips before those special AI functions to improve photos. Today this app can now be updated in Spain from the Galaxy Store.

Samsung with One UI 6 has updated the camera app to improve the interaction with the most normal actions and thus put the most important buttons on the viewer to change the format of the photo or change the resolution to 200 Mpx to collect more details from the photos taken with the great camera it has the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The only thing that with this update to Android 14 did not arrive the new version of Enhanced-X, an app that Samsung last updated last summer and that stands out for its AI functions to magically improve photos or videos. The big difference with the new version is that it completely goes up a notch to offer new features.

This app shows the constellations in the night sky

Enhanced-X has made it possible to apply the magic mode that improves the photo, HDR or retouch the contrast and some other parameters, but with the update to version 2.0.27, now available in the Galaxy Store, the entire experience it offers is greatly improved. This app allows you to choose an image or video to offer different tools depending on the file that is opened. And in fact, when you choose one, it shows the main functions that can be used apart from the toolbar at the bottom.

Open an image, The main sections appear at the bottom of Enhanced-X: the first for magic, the second for applying shine or HDR, the object eraser (remove shadows, reflections, correct moiré or clean lens), faces and three new options for fast motion, sky guide and single capture ; There is another last one, cropping, increasing resolution and correcting distortion.

Several of the new features of Galaxy Enhanced-X

For the video it offers three options– Single shot, long exposure and slow motion. The new features that this app brings with it today are all those shown below to expand all the features for photo retouching (the face options allow you to reduce the jaw or enlarge the eyeball of the eyes). Of course, One UI 6 is required to be able to use Enhance-X, already available on the Galaxy S23 and other Samsung devices.

Enhanced-X becomes like this in a small photo studio based on artificial intelligence for Galaxy phones. It offers new experiences to put the constellations in a photo, take the best photos from a video recorded on the birthday of the littlest one in the house or apply the long exposure effect so that taking a video of fireworks becomes one ready to share on social networks and chat apps.
