The first benchmarks of Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and AMD’s Radeon RX 7600 have leaked.

AMD’s Radeon RX 7600 will be presented on May 25th. The company’s entry-level graphics card will be a direct competitor of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti both in terms of price and performance. Videocardz unveiled the aggregate scores of the two GPUs on various benchmarks. The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB and RX7600 were compared on 3DMark Time Spy (DX12 1440p), Time Spy Extreme (DX12 4K) and Speed Way (DX12 1440p).

As expected, the green team’s GPU turns out to be much more powerful. With a score of 13,395 on TimeSpy, the RTX 4060 Ti is 25% more efficient than its competitor. In the field of raytracing, on Speed Way, the difference is even more glaring, the Nvidia GPU accumulating 3176 points, against 1949 for the RX 7600, a difference of more than 61%. As is often the case between GeForce and Radeon, the difference is much less striking on Fire Strike.

When the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB scores 7357 points on Fire Strike Ultra, which tests the performance of the GPU on Direct X in 4K, the RX 7600 obtains an honorable score of 7126. The difference between the two is between 3% and 4%. On Fire Strike DX11 1080p, the Nvidia GPU scores 33,596 points, compared to 30,925 for AMD’s model. Will these differences be noticeable under real-world conditions? Certainly, but AMD has another big argument to make against the green team.
