Nubank presented this Thursday (06) its new campaign “Who has Nubank has more security, less concern”, whose objective is to highlight the security functions embedded in the application that aim to protect the assets of its more than 70 million customers virtual scams, frauds and thefts.

In a 30-second video, Nubank highlights the security tools of the suite called the “Protection Pack” offered in its app for Android and iOS. One of the main functions is Street Mode, which allows you to restrict transactions while the user is away from home. The feature debuted just before Carnival 2023.

Another important feature of the app is the Scam Alert, which signals when the user is about to make a transaction to a suspicious account – either by bank slip, Pix or TED. The institution combines its own data with information provided by the Central Bank to identify accounts possibly used for scams or fraud.

Nubank’s Intelligent Defenses also play a key role in detecting suspicious behavior and transactions in the account. Through artificial intelligence, the application defines the customer’s habits, and when a pattern is broken, the user will receive notifications of suspicious purchases using their credit card, for example.
