In a post shared on his Twitter, leaker Yogesh Brar confirmed most of the specifications of the future POCO F5 Pro. He claims that the material was revealed by people who work with the Chinese manufacturer.
Thus, now we know that the POCO F5 Pro is to be announced with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor and screen that has 2K resolution. That panel is a 6.67-inch OLED that will also support 120Hz rate.
The smartphone must have sold with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, in addition to 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage.
On the rear set of cameras, the POCO F5 Pro should come out of the box with a 64 MP main sensor (OIS), 8 MP ultrawide and another 2 MP for macro photos. Selfies and video calls are guaranteed by a 16 MP sensor.
The device must still have stereo sound, NFC and fingerprint reader on the screen.
Finally, there is a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, as well as Android 13 with MIUI 14.

The POCO F5 Pro passed FCC certification of the United States this week. According to the preliminary sheet, the numbering of the device is 23013PC75G, something that indicates that this is the global variant of the device, since there is the letter G at the end of the code.
In addition, the FCC makes it clear that the smartphone will support 5G connection, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz), NFC and Bluetooth 5.2. The operating system was not revealed, but the listing makes the presence of the MIUI 14 interface evident.
The smartphone is expected to launch with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, along with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
For now, the complete technical sheet has not yet been released, but we already know that the POCO F5 Pro could just be the renamed Redmi K60.
With this, the device’s specifications may include a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a rate of 120 Hz, Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor, 64 MP main camera, 5,500 mAh battery and 67W charging.

POCO F5 Pro appears on IMDA and has more details confirmed
Apparently, the official launch of the POCO F5 Pro is getting closer. That’s because the smartphone has now been Approved by the Singapore regulatory agency IMDA.
According to the preliminary file, the smartphone bears the number “2301”, and the device had the 5G connection, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC confirmed.
In addition, the body also reinforces that the F5 Pro may just be the renamed Redmi K60 for the global public, something that was initially confirmed by the IMEI database.
If all the rumors are confirmed, the POCO F5 Pro should be announced with a 6.67-inch OLED screen that offers QHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
In addition, its processor must be the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, and it must work with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
On the rear set of cameras, we should expect a 64 MP main sensor with OIS, in addition to an 8 MP ultrawide and 2 MP macro.
Finally, there is a 5,500mAh battery with support for 67W charging. For now, the manufacturer has not yet given an exact official launch date for the POCO F5 Pro.

POCO F5 Pro is listed in IMEI as global version of Redmi K60 with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1
At the end of December, an informant reported that the Redmi K60 could be launched globally as POCO F5 Pro and today a certification reinforces this hypothesis. POCO’s cell phone was listed in the IMEI database, which may also indicate that its launch is getting closer.
The documentation brings other relevant information: the codename “Mondrian”, which is used to identify the POCO F5 Pro and will certainly be present in other forms and certifications that the device must pass. In this way, we will be able to confirm more of its specifications as soon as it is approved by other bodies.
Although the IMEI listing does not reveal any specifications, the POCO F5 Pro is expected to have the same characteristics as the Redmi K60 such as the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor combined with 8, 12 and even 16 GB of RAM in versions with 128, 256 and 512 GB of internal storage.
Following this same logic, the POCO F5 Pro should also have a 64 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide secondary camera and a 2 MP macro sensor. The screen must be OLED with 6.67 inches, resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels and 120 Hz. Finally, the battery should have 5,500mAh with 67W fast charging.

Redmi K60 should receive global launch as POCO F5 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1
This week, Redmi announced its Redmi K60 lineup in China. The devices will be sold later this month in the country, but the Chinese manufacturer did not bring details about a global launch.
However, rumors claim that the Redmi K60 should be launched in several markets like the POCO F5 Pro. If that happens, it won’t be the first time. It is worth remembering that the Redmi K50 Gaming received a global launch as POCO F4 GT.
Informant Kacper Skrzypek claims that the POCO F5 Pro will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K60 Pro. However, he mentions that the Redmi K60e, the line’s entry model, must be exclusive to China.
The Redmi K60 Pro, on the other hand, did not have any details disclosed. It is the most powerful variant of the family, featuring Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, 50-megapixel main camera and support for 120W fast charging.
If the rumor is confirmed, the POCO F5 Pro should share the other specifications of the Redmi K60, which include a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution, support for a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
Under the hood, it packs the Snadpragon 8 Plus Gen 1 platform and 5,500mAh battery unit with 67W fast charging support. At the rear, there is a triple camera module with a 64-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.
