A few more days and both Poco F5 and F5 Pro will be official. She announced it in orbit Xiaomi on Twitter, where she is always and has always been very active. The two smartphones will be presented on May 9both in India (market where Poco’s presence is very strong) and on other markets, including Europe, judging by the fact that the Poco Global account is one of the most active in disseminating preview information to raise fans’ expectations .
In the past few hours Poco has revealed that F5 Pro it will have a flat display (to the delight of those who don’t like curved screens) with resolution WQHD+ (1440p) interrupted only by a hole for the front camera. From the image shared on Twitter we can see the on and off button on the right profile of the smartphone near the volume rocker, while on the lower profile there is the USB-C input and the tray for inserting the SIM (most likely from the SIM) along with microphone and speaker.
The frame does not appear to be interrupted by contrasting transverse lines – the detail suggests that the material used is not aluminum but plastic, because otherwise there would have been “inserts” to allow the antennas to lock on to the signal. On the other hand, no information on the rear surface of Poco F5 Pro, while that of the “standard” F5 has been revealed: the setting of the camera group is very similar to that of Redmi Note 12 Turbo.

A less trivial detail than it might seem at first, because it gives an important indication. By zooming in on one of the high-resolution images shared on Poco F5, in fact, we can read the resolution of the main camera imprinted on the rear: 64 megapixels, like the one included on Redmi Note 12 Turbo, of which Poco F5 could therefore be the rebrand for markets where the Turbo has not arrived. Poco F5 Pro instead could be the rebrand of Redmi K60, but we will find out everything shortly.
