Google is preparing to introduce a very important innovation within the ecosystem Google Playwhich will allow users to sync installed apps between their Android devices.
The novelty has been spotted in the Play Store, more precisely in the section dedicated to device management, where some users have begun to find an item that allows you to synchronize the apps on the various devices connected to the account. Tapping the new item displays a list that includes all associated Android smartphones and tablets and from here it is possible to ensure that the apps installed on the device in use are also installed on the selected ones.
At the moment it seems that this feature is only active for newly installed apps, therefore it is not yet possible to clone completely a device – a bit like restoring a backup -, just as the updates of the individual apps are not synchronized either.
It is therefore a still very embryonic function, which however already in this state makes it easier to use multiple Android devices (actually also Chrome OS) at a time. Who knows if in the future this option will not be expanded to become even more complete and comfortable.
