Update (11/11/2022) – HA

One of OPPO’s announcements that should be made soon is the Reno 9 line — and, within it, the Reno 9 Pro Plus will be the most powerful device, being one of the flagships of the line. With some details already revealed, now the cell phone has appeared on the Geekbench platform, which brings us another way of confirming what the main features of the device should be, or at least one of its variants.

With model number PGW110, the cell phone is listed with a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 platform along with 16GB RAM and running Android 13🇧🇷 It is a visible leap from its predecessor, the OPPO Reno 8 Pro Plus, which worked with the Dimensity 8100-Max chipset, with 12 GB of RAM.

This model, as well as the Reno 9 Pro, is expected to have a 6.7-inch OLED screen, with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The bottom edge promises to be very thin, at 2.33mm, 2160Hz PWM dimming, in addition to boasting a 50MP IMX890 camera with OIS, 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera, all powered by the MariSilicon X NPU.

Other rumors have already suggested that the Reno 9 Pro Plus will also have a sleek 7.99mm thick metal frame and a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
