Following Carl Pei’s update on Nothing’s growth status with confirmation that Nothing phone (2) will arrive by the end of the year, here is the first rumor that tries to reconstruct the features of the second smartphone of the start-up founded by the former number one of OnePlus. Colleagues report it citing a fairly well-known insider in the consumer electronics scene, who became aware of what the smartphone model code should be together with some key points of the technical sheet.

Looks like Nothing Phone (2) will have model code A065. And if it is an uninteresting element for the purposes of our narrative, the other elements told to colleagues by the insider “known” but anonymous. Who paint a product that will pass from the middle range of the market – Nothing Phone (1) is to all intents and purposes a mid-range, here is our review – at the high endhalf news given that the intention had been hinted at by Pei himself a few days ago.

The display of Nothing Phone (2) would remain an AMOLED but passing from 90 to 120 Hz, the chip would no longer be a Snapdragon of the 7 series but of the powerful 8 series, and the inevitably higher consumption that a choice of this type would bring with it would be compensated at least in part by a drums of larger size. The price it would go up, it is clear, it is an unknown of how much. According to the insider Nothing Phone (2) will arrive in third quarter of the yearin the same one that is in which the predecessor arrived last year.
