There are just a few days left for the official presentation of the new one Moto X40 serieswaiting for the December 15thbut this does not prevent the rumors from continuing to reveal some of the features of the basic model of the new family of Motorola smartphones, namely the Moto X40.
The latest sighting at the CCC certification body confirmed an already known detail, namely that the smartphone supports 68W fast charging, but also added an unprecedented detail, namely the presence of a whopping 125W (20V/6.25A) also on the basic model of the series.
Until now, in fact, Motorola had reserved the use of 125 W charging only for the Pro variants, while the Moto X40 will be the first not pro to access this possibility.
Recall that the Moto X40 series should also arrive in the West during 2023, but in this case it will be presented under the name of Moto Edge 40 Pro (it remains to be understood which version will be used as a basis). Below we leave you with the alleged technical specifications of the smartphone, including the presence of the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, IP68 certification, and a very interesting photographic sector.
