Infinix has launched a new Hot 30 series phone in Nigeria, dubbed the Infinix Hot 30 Play, to join the Hot 30 and Hot 30i that are available in the Thai and Malaysian markets respectively.
Regarding the design, the Infinix Hot 30 Play features a square form factor and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It has two camera rings on the rear panel that house a 16 MP primary sensor and an AI lens. The back panel features a diagonal stripe pattern design.
The Infinix Hot 30 Play comes with a large display 6.82 inches with HD+ resolution and a centered hole cutout. It offers a refresh rate of 90 Hz and maximum brightness of 500 nits. There is an 8 MP selfie shooter.
Under the hood, the Infinix Hot 30 Play is equipped with a processor MediaTek Helio G37 octa-core. It packs 4GB of RAM along with RAM expansion up to 8GB. The device is offered in 64GB and 128GB storage options with support for microSD card slot.
The smartphone also has a dual-layer graphite cooling system for heat dissipation. The Infinix Hot 30 Play features 6,000 mAh battery with fast charging support 18W via USB-C port. It runs on XOS 12.6 based on Android 13.
The Infinix Hot 30 Play is available in Bora Purple, Mirage White and Blade Black. The smartphone has a starting price of NGN 80,000 (around Rs.
