Summer is on the horizon and the mango season begins. And this dip is perfect for those long aperitifs in the summer season, where the terraces stand out as the protagonists. It is very easy to make, it contains healthy ingredients, fresh and very rich. So get to work.
– 1 mango
– 1 avocado
– 1/2 red paprika
– 1/2 red onion
– 1 lemon
– Jalapeño (you can replace it with green pepper)
– Olive oil
First, cut the handle as seen in the photo. Then comes the avocado’s turn, which must be diced and added to a bowl. Immediately chop the red paprika, the purple onion, the jalapeño or green pepper and the coriander and add to the same bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt and voila! A great way to eat this dip is with Mexican tortillas.
