This fresh and colorful summer salad is ideal for a hot lunch hour. But what we like the most about this delicious preparation is its chia dressing, which gives this delicious dish that characteristic flavor that we are obsessed with. Believe me, you will want to do it every day !!
Ingredients: For a salad bowl
For the salad
-1/4 of red paprika cut in julienne
-2 small radishes, thinly sliced
-1/2 cucumber cut into slices
-8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
-Mix of chard, spinach and basil (The necessary to fill the bowl)
For the dressing
-65 ml of olive oil
-Juice of one lemon
-2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
-2 teaspoons of honey
-2 teaspoons of chia seeds (you find them in large supermarkets, pharmacies and natural product stores))
-Salt and black pepper.
-In a medium bowl, make a bed of green leaves and place all the vegetables on top. Reserve
-In a jar with a lid, add the lemon juice, vinegar, honey and chia seeds. Close the jar and shake it until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
-Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
