In a jar, mix 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup of your choice of non-dairy milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, and 1/2 cup of blueberries.
In a jar, place the ingredients in the following order, green leaves, striped carrot, red onion, chopped almonds, protein of your choice (it can be chicken, hard-boiled egg, black beans, cinchona, etc.) … and cherry tomatoes .
Fill half the jar with homemade granola of your choice (in this case it has oatmeal, almonds, squash seeds, puffed quinoa, and honey). If you want, you can add milk or yogurt.
