Although the Google event will only take place this Thursday (6), some of the search giant’s products can already be seen in some international retailers. This is the case with the Google Nest Doorbell, which was “caught” in a store in the United States.
According to the person who took the picture, the search giant’s new smart doorbell keeps the same box as the previous model, with the only change being the inscription that indicates the “second generation”.
The available colors are white and dark gray, and most likely the battery has been updated to deliver more autonomy. See the photo below:
Despite the design similar to the previous generation, the new Google Nest Doorbell should have as a great highlight the possibility of recording videos 24 hours a day, something that was impossible in the original model.
One of the biggest complaints from the public is precisely the fact that the first generation records images only by events, something that causes some details to be lost in the videos.
For now, the doorbell cannot be purchased, as Google has not released it. Even so, the store’s salesperson informed that the official price is US$ 180, something around R$ 970 in direct conversion and without considering Europeian taxes.
