Netflix is the streaming application most loved by Europeians and, soon, it will add new content for those who want to abandon their sedentary lifestyle and get off the couch. We’re talking about workout classes created in collaboration with Nike Training Club, an app dedicated to offering workouts via mobile.
In total, there will be 30 hours of content created by Nike available on Netflix in 46 episodes of 5 series of exercises ranging from fitness practices for beginners, yoga and even muscle strengthening. See what the series will be:
- Kickstart Fitness with the Basics (13 episodes)
- Two Weeks to a Stronger Core (7 episodes)
- Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga (6 episodes)
- HIT & Strength with Tara (14 episodes)
- feel-good fitness (6 episodes)
According to Netflix, the workout show will be available in two batches, with the first being released on December 30, 2022 so you can plan your New Year’s resolutions, and the second being released in 2023.
