While the second season of The Rings of Power has just been released on Prime Video, Amazon is offering its subscribers four games from the Lord of the Rings franchise. Between series, films and games, Tolkien is in the spotlight at Amazon this September.

Amazon had already been generous in August with a selection of 23 games offered on Prime Gaming, but it is even more so this time with 28 games offered in September. In this selection, we find in particular four games based on the Tolkien universe, including the GOTY edition of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor .

The final installment of the Survivor Trilogy, Shadow of the Tomb Raider concludes the story of Lara Croft’s early adventures. A few months after the events of Rise of the Tomb Raider , Lara hunts for the Trinitarians. This hunt eventually leads her to Mexico as the end of the world as predicted by the Mayans seems to be approaching.

Borderlands 2 (Available – Epic Games Store)

Come on, let’s recover from this total failure released in the big theaters and we make ourselves a good Borderlands as we like them. Borderlands 2 takes place a few years after the first part on the planet Pandora. Like last time, the player embodies one of the four Vault Hunters in order to prevent the CEO of an arms company from seizing all of Pandora’s resources.
