Gamers Report Xbox 360 Achievements Disappeared From Their Profiles

Several Xbox gamers report that they are no longer able to see their Xbox 360 achievements in their Xbox profiles.

The situation seems to take on greater proportions, as more users continue to report that their achievements are disappearing and cannot be accessed.

The issue can be found on various Xbox services and consoles such as Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox.com and Xbox mobile Xbox desktop apps. However, achievements can still be viewed on the Xbox 360 console and on the TrueAchievements website.

Microsoft has yet to make any announcements or comment on the case, but it appears to be a problem with the company’s servers. While certainly temporary, affected users want to know a prediction for the situation to be resolved.

TrueAchievements editor Sean Carey confirmed the issue and said numerous players had taken to the site’s forums to report the issue. Initially, they were concerned about the achievements disappearing from their profiles.

However, he soothed players by saying that while it is alarming, there is no need to panic as missing achievements remain unlocked and tied to the user’s profile. The proof of this is that the scores remain unchanged.

This suggests that it would just be an issue with Microsoft’s servers. At the moment, all that remains is to wait for a statement and for the company to resolve this failure.

For those unfamiliar, the TrueAchievements website is a website that tracks player achievements and their Gamerscore (total score) for games and apps on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
