The upcoming smartphones of the Galaxy S23 series are one of the hottest topics of the autumn and as we approach the end of the year, less and less is missing even when the presentation and the launch of new generation smartphones. The latest important news confirmed to us that the S23 will be based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform, thus sanctioning a temporary goodbye to the use of a solution based on Exynos SoC, at least for 2023.

This will lead to a clear change of pace especially for European users, but many are beginning to wonder how long we will have to wait before you can get your hands on the new Galaxy S23. The answer to this question is at the heart of today’s leaks, which were released by none other than a Samsung executive to some South Korean media.

Thanks to these statements – which however do not explicitly mention the name of the source – we learn of the fact that Samsung is planning a Galaxy Unpacked event in the United States, more precisely a San Francisco during the month of February 2023.

Reportedly, this could also be characterized by an in-person component, thus sanctioning the return to live events after the long interlude caused by the pandemic, which has basically forced all companies in the sector to rethink their presentations to adapt them to the solo format digital. It will therefore be about a particularly important Unpacked which will – if confirmed – put an end to a season of streaming events.

Obviously this information is yet to be confirmed, but the timing and details that have emerged seem to be in line with what we expected, given that the launch window is not that far from the one usually adopted by Samsung. However, we await more details on the matter, which should arrive over the next few weeks.
