Back to talking about Galaxy A54 5G the next medium range from Samsung which, after showing itself in the first renderings, is now again the protagonist of the rumors thanks to an interesting passage on the Geekbench tables.

The sighting, in fact, allows you to confirm the presence of a new Exynos SoC which should be identified by the name Exynos 1380, which is the direct successor of the current Exynos 1280, compared to which it seems to offer an interesting improvement in performance. This isn’t so much about single core scoring, as i 776 points achieved do not make a miracle cry, but we find substantial improvements on the multi core front, given that i 2,599 points obtained show an increase of about 50% compared to the last generation.

Part of this improvement is due to the new SoC CPU configuration, which always maintains 8 cores however well 4 are high performance (Cortex-A78) and the other 4 are high efficiency, while on Exynos 1280 we found only 2 high-performance and 6 high-efficiency cores. It doesn’t change the GPU architecture – ever Mali-G68 -, but there are no details on frequencies and number of cores, while the presence of is confirmed 6GB of RAM.
