Fast-growing digital marketing agency Dragon Army is shaking up its top positions.

Former CEO Jeff Hilimire, who co-founded the business in 2013, is taking over the executive board chair position, a news release announced. He is also the founder of nonfiction publisher Ripples Media and nonprofit organization Ripples of Hope.
