Editing tweets: Twitter starts tests with the most awaited function by users
Twitter announced that it was working on a button to edit posts in April of this year and now we can finally see a preview of how these posts will look. This is possible thanks to a test carried out by the Twitter account Blue, which published a test tweet to announce the news.
hello
this is a test to make sure the edit button works, we’ll let you know how it goes

The tweet edited by the account @TwitterBlue was published yesterday (29) and edited at 17:57. It is possible to see the dates and times and by clicking on “last edition” it is possible to see the original publication and the edited versions with the modification times.
It is worth remembering that editing tweets will be an exclusive feature of Twitter Blue, a paid version of Twitter that brings special features for subscribers that is only available in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand for US$ 4.99 or around R$ 26.89 monthly.
Tweet editing should be released soon for subscribers, which also have other exclusive features like more customization options, countdown to post content, ad-free articles and most recently a dedicated tab for podcasts and Spaces.
