DHL shipment tracking disrupted throughout Germany
The shipment tracking of DHL packages has failed over a large area. Calling customer service doesn’t do anything. So it’s wait and see.
DHL parcel tracking has been disrupted throughout Germany since Thursday evening. Both shipment tracking via the DHL app and on the web is affected. The disturbances continued unchanged on Friday morning, as can be seen from the live map of alle disturbances.de.
In the DHL app as well as in the web service, ongoing shipments are displayed with “Status open”. A message indicates that tracking is currently unavailable.
“Due to a disruption, some functions from the ‘Tracking’ area are temporarily unavailable,” it says. There are no alternatives to shipment tracking, such as a request from DHL customer service. The employees there cannot access the service either.
