Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II: Wireless headphones have leaked images and specs

Bose is gearing up to launch a new pair of wireless headphones to succeed the QuietComfort Earbuds. This Monday (22), the WinFuture published a massive leak that reveals images, specs and possible pricing of the QuietComfort Earbuds II, which promise to be the most compact accessories in the range.

Based on the leaked material, it is possible to observe that the new products of the North American manufacturer will have two color options – black or white – and will have some design changes. The back has become flat and should house the same sensors for touch controls. The renderings show its charging case with a USB-C port.

QuietComfort Earbuds II is presumably supporting Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and other premium features like low latency modes. Battery life is estimated at 6 hours of continuous playbackbut we still don’t know under what conditions and intensity of use the headphones reach this mark.

As always, the headphones can be customized to their functions via the Bose Connect app. One of the promotional images shows that there will be support for different modes of use, just like the predecessor, which offers predefined profiles — such as “Quiet” or “Attentive” — or customized to adapt the sound to different environments.

WinFuture claims that the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II set will be sold with a suggested retail price of US$299 (about R$1,549), making the pair of headphones slightly more expensive than the first generation and its competition. To compare, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro was launched by Samsung with a suggested price of US$ 229 (about R$ 1,189).
