Hello everyone! 🙂
It’s Friday! and I can’t say anything other than: YUUUUUUHUUUUU!
What did you think of the video that I posted here yesterday on my website? As my sister is in charge of editing it, who by the way is a crack and makes them very nice, I had not seen it until it was published. I promise you that tears fell from laughter, how crazy! hahaha If you still don’t know what I’m talking about, you can click here to review it and you will tell me 😉
“No no, I’m not going to put on sunscreen with high protection so that I don’t get dark or jokingly“. “MThe trick to get a quicker tan is to use a sun oil without any type of protection, I know it’s not right, but I get very dark!“. Phrases of this style I can assure you that I hear quite often every summer even from friends and acquaintances. My hair gets like spikes and I really realize that there are many people who are not aware of the sun and skin issue.
So in today’s post I wanted to tell you a few things about skin care and protection now that summer is just around the corner. #healthy is the awareness campaign carried out every year by the Avène dermatological laboratories on the importance of using sunscreen in the prevention of skin cancer.
I join her since many people read me and it is the best way that this message can reach more people 😉 “The correct use of sun protection is the most effective measure in the fight against skin cancer”
In addition, using protection we will not only avoid this, but we will not get stains and our skin does not age by leaps and bounds 😛
Now that you’ve read me I need your help, can you help me spread the word? Too easy! What I have done to collaborate in this initiative has been to get involved HERE and put my name, an e-mail, my age and city 🙂Look at my twitter profile picture! ; P

And since I’m here, I wanted to tell you some curiosities about this topic, do you feel like it ?:
1. With high sun protection, will I be able to go dark?
Of course!. In my case, every summer I use products with SPF50 on both my face and body and I can assure you that I take on a lot of color. The high SPF does not make you not brown, the only difference between an SPF50 and an SPF15, is the exposure time that our skin is protected. Please, choose to protect the skin as a priority and the brunette will come in due time. The important thing is that it is a “healthy” brunette. It is true that I also use oils with SPF30, but what I do is repeat the application often so as not to burn myself
2. What is the best time of day to sunbathe?
Without a doubt either early or late in the afternoon. Try to avoid sunbathing from 12:00 to 16:00 especially 😉 For those of you who have children, avoid the hottest hours, especially those under 3 years of age. “It is good that babies older than 6 months get a little sun, but not during prolonged exposures or at very high temperatures” advises from Avène.
3. How can we take care of our skin after sun exposure?
Without a doubt, it is essential that you use a moisturizing and soothing product for after the shower. We at home use a repairing and moisturizing milk of Avène that we love. It is not sticky at all and it absorbs great. This step is important that we take it into account for two reasons:
1. To calm and hydrate our skin
2. So that the tan will last us much longer
4. What should a sunscreen indicate?
Anyway, for more info I leave you this link which I think has very interesting info 😉
Cheers for Avène and for promoting the use of sunscreen! Oleeee, oleee and oleeeee hehe
