The company AYANEO presented but a portable console. It’s about the AYANEO 2S, which had not only its look displayed by the brand, but also the technical specifications and price. The model will bring a processor AMD Ryzenbut not the Z1 line, which was recently announced and should equip the ROG Ally.
For starters, the brain of this portable console is powered by a Ryzen 7 7840U chip, which can operate with TDP between 15 and 28W, has eight cores and 16 threads and still operates at the default frequency of 3.30 GHz. In addition, the screen is 7 inches, IPS type and has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels.
The brightness of the panel, in turn, can reach 450 nits. In addition, the AYANEO 2S processor has a new dissipation system that promises to keep temperatures 11ºC lower. The device’s design has rounded corners and the look leaves no screws showing.
Among the user choice options are versions with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and it is not clear if a variant with more memory will be sold. In addition, the available storage has capacities between 512GB and 2TB. Finally, the battery is 50.25 Wh.
Without giving an exact date, AYANEO stated that the launch of the 2S is expected to take place in the month of May. As for the values, it will have prices ranging from US$ 1,099 (R$ 5,520 at current quotation) and US$ 1,499 (R$ 7,529) being something much higher than what was leaked from the ROG Ally.
