Apple WWDC 2023: the opening keynote could be held on June 5th

Next June 5 will probably be the opening day of WWDC, Apple’s worldwide conference dedicated to developers which will see the announcement of new versions of the operating systems – iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS – but which could also see the launch of new hardware, including the first and much talked about mixed reality viewer of the Cupertino company.

The WWDC it is usually held during the first week of June and also this year the period should always remain the same. In 2022, it ran from June 6 to 10, and the event was announced on April 6, 2022, one month before the keynote began. At the moment, there is still no official announcement, expected for next week with invitations to Apple Park for developers and media, but there are still a number of clues that would suggest that the event will begin on June 5th.

In the image shared in the tweet three destinations can be seen converging towards Californiawhere Apple’s headquarters are located. Flight dates are all scheduled for June 4thwhich suggests that WWDC 2023 will likely take place the next day on June 5th

Subsequently, confirmations on this date also came from ShrimpApplePro and SnoopyTech, two well-known insiders who usually provide reliable previews of Apple news. Of course, as always, it’s best to take this information with caution and wait for official confirmation from Apple. In the past, in fact, there have been occasions in which rumors turned out to be unfounded.
