An Post reveal last dates for sending Christmas parcels to UK, Europe, and the USA

An Post has issued theor last dates for sending Christmas parcels to the UK, Europe, and the USA.

As An Post gears up for its busiest time of the year, the service wants to remind customers to send their parcels as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

December 9 is the last date to send parcels and letters by standard service to the USA and December 13 for European destinations (18th for cards).

The dates for Britain and Northern Ireland are December 20 for GB and December 21 for NI.

The last posting dates may be subject to change due to Covid-19 but An Post will keep customers updated at anpost.com/christmas.

The Christmas stamp collection for 2021 has also just been launched by An Post and hope to add a little extra sparkle to the festive celebrations.

An Post is also looking for staff for Christmas contracts. Successful candidates will earn €14.50 per hour and must be 18 on or before October 9, 2020, and must have a full clean driving licence.
