This Thursday (16), alleged images of the versions of the Founders Edition of graphics cards NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4060 Ti. There is still no official confirmation about the launch of these GPUs.
According to the author of the leaks, the Twitter profile called Elysian Realm, one of the plaques Founders Edition is labeled as RTX 4060, but it could also be the RTX 4060 Ti. The exact reason for this statement is still unknown.
It is worth noting that the RTX 4060 Ti supposedly comes with an AD106-350 GPU with 4352 CUDA cores, it should come with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory and only a 128-bit memory bus. In addition, the TDP will be reduced in this model to 160W.
Meanwhile, the RTX 4060 is expected to use the entry-level AD107-400 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and is also expected to come with 8GB of VRAM, but the TDP is expected to drop further to just 115W. Both models must feature the PCIe Gen4 x8 interface.
In turn, the RTX 4070 Ti has already been released by NVIDIAbut only with models from partner brands. The model based on the AD104 GPU has a reference type cooler with two fans and the PCB design is similar to the versions already sold.
As the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti was already released in January, the likelihood of NVIDIA introducing a Founders Edition now is very low. Therefore, these photos only confirm that at some point the company considered such an option. Other than that, it’s still a rumor.
