There is little left for the Switch drummers to come up because next October 14 Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival will come to the Nintendo hybrid.

A little before the game bandai namco will arrive in Japan on September 22, and good old Don-Chan is already warming up his drumsticks and has published a new video explaining the different game modes.

Omiko City, the city where the game will take place, will be overflowing with things to do. We will participate in the festival to become a drum master but we will also have different locations to practice, not only the full songs but also those pieces that cost us more than normal thanks to the new Concierge Mode. In Taiko Land we can participate in songs with different instruments in a cooperative way up to four players and also participate in the Great Drum Toy War where we can build a deck of toy cards. The competitive mode will take place in Dondoko Town where we can participate in ranked matches and rise in the ranking as well as participate in battles with our own rules.

As we participate in the different modes, we will earn coins that we can spend on aesthetic things such as costumes for our Don-Chan, phrases to say in confrontations, and other stories. We can configure all of this in our own room, well Don-Chan’s.

Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival will come, initially with 76 songs but, for the first time, bandai namco will put, for a fee, the possibility of acquiring the Taiko Music Pass that will expand the catalog to more than 500 songs that will be expanded monthly.
